Clue Board Game, Mystery Games for 2-6 Players, Family Games for Kids Ages 8 and Up

I love the old "classic" games...just the way they were when they originally were created. This version of clue is not the original "classic". Maybe I should have paid more attention to the picture on the box...I just thought "classic" in the title meant the original from years ago, but apparently "retro" is the word we want to use when searching older games. Once we received the game, saw the character changes (names and characters in general), the elimination of the words Mr. and Mrs. (so ridiculous) I knew right away it was going back...never even opened it so can't say as to how the game play changed as others have said. To these companies....just leave things alone they were great the way they were *eye roll We returned and bought the "RETRO" with all the original people, game play and pieces.

My grandnephew is seven years old. I taught him how to play the game and he loves it. This game is definitely worth the price. We play games every Sunday after church and clue is always at the top of the list.

As a busy parent of two young children, my partner and I have had limited opportunities for quality time together. However, playing Clue provided a delightful exception. We thoroughly enjoyed the game's engaging mystery-solving mechanics and the chance to reconnect over some friendly competition. Despite being a newcomer to the game, I found it easy to learn and immerse myself in the detective work. Our evening playing Clue was a wonderful respite from the demands of parenting, and we look forward to many more enjoyable games together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game brings back memories, this was my mums favourite game, but I havent played it in many years. Now I'm teaching the game to my older children of 8 years and 14 years. They picked it up quicker than I thought they would actually. And now we have taken it away with us and playing it in the evenings in the hotel room. The game is very well done the weapons are as I remember, but the figures are just little plastic figures, everything else is so well done but the figures so basic. The only thing letting it down. There's plenty of game sheets to write on for us to play for many more years to come.

Great for the kids to use their powers of deduction to choose the murderer, the weapon and the room. Loads of fun, a classic for sure!

With easy-to-follow instructions, it is the perfect game for the whole family. The game doesn't take too long to play and keeps your attention throughout so boredom doesn't set in. The whole family loves a game of Cluedo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never played the original Cluedo but ia m really looking forward to playing this. it looks well made there are lovely character place markers instead of just counters which i think were in the original and the detail on the murder weapons as well as the characters are amazing. really looking forward to games night and learning how to play and win ha ha

I remember playing this game as a child with my family. So this is just the same but more updated. Excellent fun for all the family. Even play with friends. Either way I recommend this game to everyone. As it's hours of fun.

After challenging my housemates to a games night of cluedo I can easily say I miss this game a lot. Somehow only a small argument was started but ended in lots of laughs and giggles. Hasbro's Cluedo has definitely reinstated some childlike joy and happiness in our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game (Cluedo) is very fun to play but abit tricky, I played it with my housemates and we were lost but in a fun way until you get a hold of it than it will be easier to understand the game, detective part is very tricky and fun, i think i have found a new game to play on Saturday nights with my friend, I definitely recommend this game if you love mystery.

Its updated from the original, with a background story and new great looking accessories but still the same classic gameplay. My daughter loved playing it so it's now a firm family favourite.

The new packaging is bright and colourful I love the cute metal 'weapons'. Cluedo is a fun game that makes you think. Great to play with family or friends.

We love playing this as a family where the ages range from 84 to 14. The game is east to understand and I love how it comes with little pads and pencils to keep track.

My 12 and 19 year old had loads of fun playing this game. So happy to have this in our game collection. Will get lots of use over the years and great for when we have family over.
