Fun way to play Survivor at home!

by Morgan H.

Saw it advertised and ordered it immediately. It did not disappoint. The game play is quick to pick up and the cheat sheet explains each situation well. The voting box is well constructed and thought out. Really fun to play at home as a family who loves Survivor.

New Survivor Fan!!!

by Alyssa

As someone who's never watched Survivor, I had so much fun playing this game! I went back to watch the show and I couldn't believe how they were able to bring the show to life as a card game! I definitely recommend this for fans of the show or people who want to have a fun introduction to Survivor!

Really Fun Deceiving Friends

by Amanda H.

Such a fun game!! You're strategizing just like the show and right off the bat you're already making enemies by having to steal a card every turn. The voting during tribal council is pretty cool too and you see everyone trying reeeeally hard to justify why they shouldn't be voted off to each other. Not to mention people are trying to deceive each other throughout the game. I would recommend even if you're not a Survivor fan!

Surprisingly Fun!

by Kevaunn J.

I'd like to start by saying I'm not the biggest fan of the Survivor T.V series, so I was a bit skeptical when the game was presented at a gathering. To my surprise, I really enjoyed it! The game was very easy to get into and the instructions were well written. It's simplistic at it's core but requires some critical thinking at times -as well as some wit, a bit of charm (and some luck if you can spare it)- to come out with the win! Overall great game for the family and a great ice-breaker for any gathering. Highly recommend!

My tribe has spokern!

by Kevin C.

What a fun and easy game to play with my group! For the enthusiasts who love the show to someone like me who has never seen the show, I loved the game! I thought I was good at forming alliances but my tribe has spoken and that was NOT the case! Great game and look forward to playing more!

This game starts fights!

by Molly

I have barely ever watched survivor, I am generally ornery about playing board games so when I tell you that this game is crazy fun even for me that's a good sign. I was surprised at how quickly I got sucked into the drama of it, making secret alliances literally under the table with my friend. The voting actually gave me heart palpitations. It was so fun and so funny to see how betrayed we felt when someone double crossed us. Super fun, makes me think I should watch the show too.

Great game

by Justus

I definitely think this is one of the best games I've played. Everyone I've played this game with has loved it! I'd love to see you guys make an expansion pack or some sort of add on, with new cards and more players. Would also love to see you guys make an app for the game. Then you could do mini challenges with other players and win immunity from getting voted off. Again love the game and hope you guys can keep growing it.

Alliances & Betrayal

by Jacob V.

As a HUGE fan of Survivor, I was a little skeptical, but Jeff Probst has done it again. A group of my friends played this, and so many of the same elements from the TV show are here (like betrayal and alliances) that it was super intense. This is going to be a favorite of the group, I can already tell.

Wow!

by Griffin F.

When I first played the game, I had seen a few episodes of the show and was aware of the rules, so I was interested to play this game. I was shocked to learn how honest to the show this game was! It was so fun to vote and play with friends. It brings the same excitement and surprise that the show does.

Intense and Wildly Addictive

by Amber S.

Survivor is a fun mix of strategy and social gameplay. This game does a great job of capturing the essence of the tribal council vote in Survivor. It's tense, competitive, and full of twists. Fans of the show will love it, but it's a hit even if you've never watched it.

Fun for the entire family!!!

by Tiffany C.

My family has always had a tradition of watching survivor together. My grandparents started this my parents have carried it on and now I watch with my husband. Getting to play and use the strategy from the game in your living room is amazing. You can find idols, you can make secret teams and then blindside siblings! Its an absolute blast and now a new tradition in our family!!

Closest thing to being on the Island

by Michael C.

This card game version of Survivor is easy to learn and quick to play. When I saw there was a Survivor card game, I was a bit skeptical because so much of the game show is based on physical challenges. But after playing the game, all of the psychological twists and turns that happen in the show are effectively replicated in this box.

The closest Survivor experience you can get without going to Fiji

by Kellee

I played this game with my grandpa (day one Survivor fan) and a few friends, and we had a blast. It feels like you're actually playing Survivor but at your kitchen table. Even if you're not a fan, I'd highly recommend this game. Two of the people in our group never watched Survivor but loved the game!

Feels like I'm in Survivor... without the sleep depravation!

by Rachel

This game takes a moment to understand and set up (like 10-15 mins), but once you get going, it moves quickly. I like that you get to vote people off, make alliances, and deceive others for a chance to win. The game really captures the essence of the Survivor show!

BEST Game

by Noelle S.

I have never fully dived into the Survivor universe, but this was one of the best games I've played in a long time. Super fast paced, and so much drama. Perfect for game night with friends or family to keep everyone super engaged!!!

Fun for all, Amazing for Survivor Fans!

by Yanny

Exploding Kittens has yet another party game hit on their hands with Survivor: The Tribe Has Spoken! The game is a love letter to the TV show of the same name, and you can see in every detail just how much care was taken to make a game that deeply respected its inspiration. The game captures the deceit and dealmaking that causes the show to be so enthralling, and in doing so carves a place of its own in the party game genre. While listed as playable with 3-6 players the game really hits its stride with four or more players (which leads to more opportunities for dealmaking and a larger Final Council). The game is a bit more instruction heavy than most Exploding Kittens games and greatly benefits from a basic knowledge of Survivor, which are the only things keeping it from a five star review.
